Where to find your purchased content

All purchased content on AllMyFlix is tied to your account and can be accessed at any time after a successful purchase.


How to access your purchases

To view your purchased content:

  1. Go to https://allmyflix.tv/myaccount/

  2. Log in to your account if you are not already logged in

  3. Click My Purchases from the menu

Your purchased items will be listed there.


What you will see in My Purchases

Inside My Purchases, you may see:

  • Videos you have purchased

  • Photo sets you have purchased

  • Active Flix TV series subscriptions

  • Previously unlocked Pay-To-Open messages

  • Physical item orders

Each item can be accessed directly from this section.


Access issues

If content does not appear in My Purchases, check the following:

  • Make sure you are logged into the correct account

  • Confirm that the purchase was completed successfully

  • Allow a few moments after purchase for access to update

If you were charged but content is missing, contact support and include any available order details.


Important notes

  • Purchased content is linked to the account used at checkout

  • Logging into a different account will not show previous purchases

  • Access may be removed if a chargeback or payment reversal occurs
