Creator onboarding process
All creators on AllMyFlix must complete a short onboarding process before they can sell content and receive payouts.
The onboarding process is designed to be quick, secure, and typically takes less than 15 minutes to complete.

Why onboarding is required

All creators must complete onboarding before monetization features are enabled.
Step 1: Identity verification
Creators must verify their identity using a valid, government-issued ID, such as:

Driver’s license

Passport

Other government-issued photo ID
Identity verification includes:

Submitting an ID photo

Completing a live face verification check
If automatic verification is unsuccessful, the submission will be reviewed manually by the AllMyFlix team.
Manual review involves a direct visual comparison and does not require additional action unless requested.
Step 2: Tax information (U.S. creators only)
Creators located in the United States are required to complete a W-9 form as part of onboarding.

Tax details are securely stored

This step is required before payouts can be issued
Non-U.S. creators will not see this step.
Step 3: Channel setup
To complete onboarding, creators must set up their channel by adding:

A profile photo (avatar)

A banner or header image
This helps fans recognize and trust your channel.
Channel details can be updated later, but an initial setup is required to complete onboarding.
After onboarding is complete
Once all onboarding steps are completed and approved:

Creator tools become available

Monetization features are unlocked

You can begin uploading and selling content
If manual review is required, approval may take a short additional amount of time.
