Creator verification requirements

All creators on AllMyFlix must complete identity verification before selling content or receiving payouts.

Verification is required to protect creators, fans, and the platform, and to meet legal and payment requirements.

Accepted identification

Creators must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as:

• Driver’s license

• Passport

• Other official government-issued photo ID

The ID must:

• Be clearly readable

• Show the full document

• Not be expired (or must be visibly valid)

Face verification

As part of verification, creators complete a live face check to confirm they are the person shown on the ID.

This process helps prevent:

• Identity theft

• Impersonation

• Fraudulent accounts

Normal changes in appearance—such as hairstyle, facial hair, makeup, or glasses—do not automatically cause verification failure.

Automatic vs manual verification

Most verifications are completed automatically.

If automatic verification is unsuccessful, the submission is sent for manual review.

Manual review:

• Is performed by a real person

• Involves a visual comparison of the ID and submitted photo

• Does not mean you were rejected

No additional action is required unless you are contacted.

What does NOT affect verification

The following do not cause verification failure on their own:

• Changes in appearance (hair, beard, makeup, glasses)

• Using a VPN

• Traveling or being outside your home country

• IP address or device location differences

AllMyFlix does not use IP location or geolocation data to determine creator eligibility.

Verification decisions are based on submitted documents only.

Common reasons verification may be delayed or rejected

Verification may require additional review if:

• ID images are blurry, cropped, or unreadable

• Required portions of the ID are missing

• The face verification cannot be completed

• The submitted ID is invalid or clearly altered

If additional information is needed, you will be contacted with next steps.

Age requirement

All creators must be 18 years of age or older.

Accounts associated with underage individuals are not permitted and cannot be approved.

Privacy and data handling

Verification information is:

• Used only for identity confirmation

• Handled securely

• Not visible to other users or creators

Creators only see their own verification status.
