How to cancel or renew a Flix TV subscription
You can manage, cancel, or renew subscriptions from your account settings.
Subscription management is available at:

How to cancel a subscription
To cancel an active subscription:

Log in to your account if prompted

Locate the subscription you want to cancel

Select Cancel

Confirm the cancellation
Once canceled, the subscription will not renew automatically.
What happens after cancellation
After you cancel a subscription:

You keep access until the end of the current billing period
-
You will not be charged again unless you take action
-
Access ends automatically when the billing period expires
Canceling does not immediately remove access.
Renewing a canceled subscription (before access ends)
If you change your mind before the billing period ends:

A Renew option will appear next to the canceled subscription

Clicking Renew restores the subscription

Billing continues without interruption
-
Access remains active
This option is only available while access is still active.
Resubscribing after access has ended
If the billing period has ended and access is no longer available:

The subscription can no longer be renewed

You must resubscribe as a new subscription
To resubscribe:

Visit the creator’s page
-
Go to the My Series tab
-
Select the series you want to join
-
Complete the subscription process
Resubscribing starts a new billing period.
Important notes

Canceling a subscription does not issue a refund
-
Removing a payment card does not cancel a subscription
-
Renewing before access ends prevents interruption
-
Once access expires, resubscription is required
